What does white-label fulfillment mean here?

White-label means we do the work and you present it as yours. We source a real local business host, write the article, publish it with a contextual link, and report back in a form you can pass to your client. Your client never needs to hear our name.

It suits agencies and rank-and-rent operators who sell local SEO but do not want to manage host outreach for every client. The placements themselves are the same ones described on our local business guest posts page.

You set your own prices for your clients. We quote you separately, and the volume pricing we offer is built around how many active clients you run, so it tends to suit agencies with a steady monthly need more than one-off buyers.

How does onboarding work for an agency?

  1. Book an agency onboarding chat on WhatsApp and tell us how many active local clients you manage.
  2. We agree how you want to send requests and who your account manager will be, on Slack or WhatsApp.
  3. For each client you send the target URL, trade and location, and we reply with matching hosts from our private inventory.
  4. You approve the host, topic and anchor text. We write the article for your review.
  5. After approval we publish, and you receive the live URL and a report line for your client.

Many agencies start with one client as a test before moving more accounts across. We suggest the same, because it lets you check host quality, article quality and our response speed before you build the service into your own offer.

What do you vet, and what do clients see?

Every host is a real operating business with a physical address and a verified Google Business Profile, and we check it by hand before it joins inventory. We also limit how many placements one host accepts.

Because we protect those host businesses, what a report shows about each host is agreed with you in the onboarding chat. You get what you need to verify the placement yourself, such as the live article URL. The wider inventory stays private.

If a client asks how links are sourced, you can say they come from real operating local businesses and that every article is editorial and contextual. We would not want you to say more than that, and we would not want you to promise results.

Included:

  • Unbranded client reports, formatted so you can add your own logo.
  • An account manager reachable on Slack or WhatsApp.
  • Volume pricing on request, based on your number of active clients.
  • Host matching, article writing and publication for each approved placement.

Not included: public prices, a public host list, and any ranking promise. Prices and the inventory list are shared on WhatsApp only. We also do not handle your client invoicing or SEO strategy.

The account manager handles placement requests, approvals and questions about live links. Your own strategy work, such as page quality, on-site fixes and reporting on rankings, stays with you.

What are the limits, and who is this for?

Links are one signal among many, so you should not promise your clients a rank on the strength of our placements. Results depend on each client's site, competition and category. Google may also treat paid placements as a policy risk. Careful, contextual, editorial placements on genuine business sites lower that risk but do not remove it, and you should pass that honesty on to clients. Hosts can edit or remove content outside our control, so we advise a periodic check of live links for each client.

This page is for SEO agencies and rank-and-rent operators who manage several local accounts and want a steady fulfillment partner. Related pages: geo-targeted business links, vendor co-citation links, and trade pages for roofing, plumbing and HVAC, law firms and medical and dental. Back to home.

Questions about best local backlinks in United States

Can the reports carry my agency's logo?

Yes. The client reports are unbranded, so you can add your own logo and send them on as your work. We do not put our name in front of your client. What each report shows about the host is agreed with you during the onboarding chat, since we protect our host businesses.

Who will I deal with day to day?

You get an account manager, reachable on Slack or WhatsApp, whichever suits your team. Requests, approvals and questions about live placements go through that one contact. This keeps work moving and means you do not repeat client details each time you send a new request.

How does volume pricing work?

Volume pricing is available on request and depends on the number of active clients and placements you plan to run. Prices are shared on WhatsApp only and are not shown on this site. Tell us about your client count in the onboarding chat, and we will reply with a quote built around it.

Can I see the host list so I can check quality?

The full inventory list is private and is shared on WhatsApp only, to protect host businesses and avoid a footprint across client sites. In the onboarding chat we explain how hosts are vetted and share matching details for your clients. You can verify each live placement yourself from its URL.

Can I promise my clients better rankings?

We advise against it. A link is one signal among many, and results depend on the client's site, the competition and the category. Google may also treat paid placements as a policy risk. We suggest you describe the service to clients as one part of a wider local SEO plan.

Is this suitable for rank-and-rent sites?

Yes, many operators who build and rent local sites use this kind of fulfillment. Send us the site's trade and location, and we will check inventory for nearby hosts. The same limits apply as for any client: we cannot promise rankings, and paid placements carry some policy risk.
